A large part of my current role is creating designs to promote Ovation, the mixed-use development that my company is building. I was tasked with creating a piece that could serve as an overview of the entire development to be used as an introduction for potential homeowners, office users, retailers, and more. The design had to be engaging and inviting while also conveying a large amount of information within a small amount of space.

 

I divided the information into sections to make it less overwhelming and more digestible, and set it up as a 4-pager bi-fold to allow the piece to tell the story of the development as the reader went through it. This piece is constantly evolving as the development progresses, and has gone through many iterations and revisions. I often also work with the printing company that produces these for us to ensure we meet tight deadlines to have updated versions printed in time for specific events.
