I designed a cohesive suite of event collateral for the Queen City Optimist Club's annual Christmas Party, including a save the date, formal invitation, RSVP card, event program, and song sheet. As an organization within the prestigious Queen City Club, the materials were expected to reflect a high level of sophistication, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.

Inspired by the reopening of Notre-Dame Cathedral, the event's French theme called for a design approach that honored the cathedral's timeless elegance while still capturing the warmth and celebration of the holiday season. Using the requested imagery provided by the event host, I created a cohesive visual identity that felt both festive and sophisticated. Careful attention to layout, typography, and print production ensured each piece was not only beautiful but also functional and consistent throughout the guest experience.

The event organizer was extremely pleased with the final designs, resulting in a successful project that met the high standards of both the Optimist Club and the Queen City Club while reinforcing the event's festive and distinguished atmosphere.
