I have designed several sets of digital ads for the Ovation real estate development in Newport, Kentucky. The company I work for is building the development, and a big focus has been on selling the luxury condominiums that are a part of the development.

The ads shown here are for one campaign, with one set for geofencing and one set for site retargeting. The geofencing ad design assumes no knowledge of the development, while the site retargeting ad design encourages people who visited the site to return and take action. I built a full set of ads for both sets with standard digital ad sizes: 300 x 250, 160 x 600, 300 x 600, 300 x 50, 320 x 50, and 728 x 90.
